Facilities Rental

Members and non-members may schedule special private events such as parties, dinners, showers, wedding receptions, meetings, etc. as long as the time and date do not interfere with the Club schedule or general membership use and comply with any rules and regulations established by the Board of Directors.

CLUBHOUSE

Members can rent the clubhouse during the season for $250 when the restaurant is closed. The clubhouse is available to non-members for a rental fee of $1250. AAGOC must be used as the service provider. The clubhouse is not available for rental on football Saturdays.

Members and non-members are required to sign a contract with AAGOC and pay a $250 security deposit. AAGOC does not have a liquor license, therefore documentation of homeowner’s insurance is required for liability purposes.

ANGELL HOUSE

The Angell House (next to the tennis courts) is another great spot for a get together. Members can rent it for $200 and non-members for $1,250. Outside caterers are allowed. Once again, security deposits, contracts and homeowner’s insurance documentation are required.

GOLF COURSE ON FOOTBALL SATURDAYS

Space for tents 20x20 or larger is available for rent on football Saturdays.
